It was very quiet and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day.
The front desk gave me a very hard time about leaving one day early. The manager was nasty.

Location was just good, perfect for exploring the area. My renovated room had a comfy bed, though getting onto it reminded me of climbing Everest!
Breakfast was a culinary catastrophe. Cleaning only happens when you leave-what a surprise!

Finding a cell phone/music player in our made bed! Room smell. Noisy A/C

The manager is rude and obnoxious. He does not know customer service. I arrived and asked if a room was ready and he said "15 minutes! Now give me your credit card and driver's license!". I thought he was joking so he yelled it two more times so I left the premise. He then sent a worker to my car as I was driving away to tell me that the room was ready. I walked back in and the manager's relative who was a floor manager started yelliing at me that I did not understand what I was talking about and that the manager behind the desk was correct. He also hung up the phone on me before when I called and asked for directions. Unbelievable.

Improved accessibility features for seniors would be beneficial.

A king room with a fridge and microwave has basic facilities you need. The rate is $ 160, satisfied. Overall the staff is amiable

Cost was cheap (79$/night) with a continental breakfast in the morning. The location was convenient to go shopping at the Woodbury outlet mall. On our way back, we stayed at the Hyatt in Fishkill (and paid 109$ per night) . The room was sooo luxurous, it smelled so good (non-smoking hotel), breakfast included a hot buffet (eggs, bacon, homemade omelettes), and so on...Nice pool too. For 30$ more, this hotel was way better than the Howard Johnson in Newburgh (they are just 10km apart...)
Well, this hotel accommodates smoking and non-smoking. Even though you stay in the non-smoking aisle, it smells everywhere...They tried to cover the smells which brings it even worse.

Good for a short stay. The hotel needs serious updating, tile grout needs to be replaced. Tubs and showers need to be cleaner, and both chairs in the room were broken.

The kids loved the spacious room and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options should be improved for families with children.
